DELIVERY IN FRANCE AND INTERNATIONALLY:

Orders are generally shipped within 24/48 business hours after receipt of your payment.

Standard delivery is offered in France & Internationally.

Allow a manufacturing time of 5 working days for "CUSTOMIZE" orders.

Express delivery is possible for any order placed before 12 PM with Chronopost, at a relay point or at home, and also with Colissimo.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and postal charges. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, particular care is taken to the package containing fragile products.

IMPORT TAX:

All orders are delivered excluding customs fees. If your order is subject to import taxes or customs duties, these will be charged when the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount as customs policies and import taxes vary greatly from country to country. We advise you to contact your nearest customs office to find out more about this before placing an order.

You are also responsible for providing the information requested by customs so that the goods can enter the territory.

Le Colonel cannot be held responsible for the confiscation by customs authorities of the articles or the application of import taxes. Le Colonel also declines all responsibility in case of delay due to customs clearance.
